Too many women live every day with persistent physical or emotional pain, feeling like they’re missing out on their own lives.

I offer therapeutic yoga classes and one-on-one wellness guidance to help women reconnect to their inner wisdom so they experience less pain and anxiety, become more present, and show up to their lives as their true selves.
